Refund poilcy

We offer you 7 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website. To qualify for this, the item(s) must be in unused and in a brand new condition and must be returned with the entire original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras (CD-ROMs etc.).

When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in it’s original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed.  We aim to process all refunds within 7 days, but please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for the refund to be processed.

You should return it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This way the delivery is insured.  You should also record the tracking number.

All returns are inspected to ensure that the item has not been used, and are refunded within 30 days of cancellation.  You card is refunded to the full amount, and we do not charge any 'restocking' fees.  Shipping charges are not refunded, unless the item is faulty.
